It is one of the substances with the best chemical stability, and its inertness is similar to nitrogen. It has excellent thermal stability, and it does not decompose even in the pure state even at 500 degrees Celsius.

使用时钢瓶阀门应完全开启，用减压阀控制压力和流量，使呈气态充入使用设备中，用后应关紧阀门、带防护帽。气瓶内物料不能用尽，常温下气瓶内残余压力应不低于0.2MPa。

When used, the cylinder valve should be completely opened, and the pressure and flow rate should be controlled by the pressure reducing valve, so that the valve can be filled into the equipment and the valve and protective cap should be closed after use.
